I am not a medical professional, I am a regular guy who works a regular office job from 8 to 5. My goal, my mission, is to tell everybody who wants to hear that, that there finally is a proven method, fasting, to lose weight, and I am not the only one who says that intermittent fasting works.
I will tell you what I did and what tools did I use. I will also keep you up to date on my progress since I am not planning on ending this kind of dieting. I want to make intermittent fasting my life style.

Does Intermittent Fasting work? Checkout the graphs below generated by my Fitbit. 40 pounds difference speaks for itself. The second graph shows (white line) body fat difference of 9%. I went from 20.2% to 11.2%. Not bad, in my mind.

Apparently the fasting diets became popular in 2012. So the "experts" did not have time to look at it closely, but I will share with everything I can find on the subject.
I found that out of all the fitness or weight related gadgets there are 2 or 3 that are really important. The first one is an electronic weight scale Aria from Fitbit. It has a Wi-Fi capability which allows it to take your measurements, weight and body fat, and send it to both your phone and personal web page so you can monitor your progress.
The second tool is an electronic smartwatch/tracker, also from Fitbit, which tracks your activities like walking or running. It sends your stats to the same page where your other measurements are tracked.
I am not in any way related to Fitbit. The only reason I talk about is because those devices work together. Both gadgets are more expensive then others but in my case, I did try other gadgets before, they are irreplaceable for my success in loosing weight.
